These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Blaux.ai. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

Blaux.ai is operated by Zhenyuan Liu, Gartenstraße 21, 73525 Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany.

2. Service Description

Blaux.ai provides AI-assisted tools for product and industrial design workflows, including image generation, perspective rendering, and 3D model generation based on text prompts, sketches, and other image inputs.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially during beta or early-stage operation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your e-mail address current. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Blaux.ai to:

Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Create, upload, or request illegal, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or other user accounts.

Interfere with the service, bypass limits, or misuse the platform in a way that harms operations or other users.

5. Your Content

You retain responsibility for the prompts, sketches, reference images, and other material you upload or submit. You represent that you have all rights necessary to use that material and to allow it to be processed through the service.

You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store your submitted content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. AI Output

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in design, business, technical, or public contexts.

We do not guarantee that any output is unique, fit for a particular purpose, free from infringement claims, or technically correct.

7. Plans, Creations, and Usage Limits

Blaux.ai offers different plans with different monthly creation limits and feature access.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, a render generation consumes one Creation and a 3D model generation consumes two Creations.

If your monthly limit is exhausted, access to further generation may be limited until your next reset date or until you upgrade your plan.

8. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing intervals, and included usage are displayed on the website or during checkout.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the subscription terms shown at checkout until cancellation.

You can cancel according to the options made available in your account or through the relevant payment flow. Cancellation generally takes effect for the next billing period unless otherwise stated.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speed, or specific model behavior. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, provider outages, scaling limits, or technical issues.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, software, branding, interface design, and related materials of Blaux.ai are protected by intellectual property law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit them without permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or operational risk for the platform.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blaux.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or other mandatory statutory liability under German law.

13. Consumer Information

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.
